| 摘 要： | 目的总结冠状动脉造影及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的经验和临床疗效。方法胸外科住院的病例60例,均行冠状动脉造影或冠状动脉介入治疗。结果冠状动脉造影正常26例,肌桥3例,单支病变15例,双支病变13例,三支病变3例。发现病变50处,处理29处其中置入支架20枚。结论经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是治疗冠心病有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of coronary angiography and PCI for 60 cases of coronary and rheumatic volvular heart disease. Methods The data of 60 patients who underwent stcnt implantation or CAG in our institution from April 2007 to October 2008 was analysed retrospectively. Results CAG normal in 26 case, myocardi- al bridging in 3 case,one vessel diseases in 15 case,double vessel 13 case,triple vessel 3 case,20 case of totoal 50 vessel underwent stent implantation. Conclusion PCI is a effective way to coronary disease. While education and controlling risk factors are more important to decrease major adverse cardiac events. |
