卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压80例临床疗效观察

目的评价卡维地洛对原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法80例原发性高血压患者,经过2周安慰剂洗脱期后随即分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例给予美托洛乐25mg,bid,口服两周末血压下降未达到有效标准者增至50mg,bid,疗程8周;治疗组40例给予卡维地洛10mg,bid,疗程共8周。结果治疗组降压总有效率80.0%,显效率52.5%,对照组总有效率77.5%,显效率50.0%;两组疗效比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,不良反应发生率亦无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,而且程度较轻可耐受。结论卡维地洛是治疗高血压安全有效的药物。

The curative effect of carvedilol for essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of carvedilol in essential hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with essential hypertension who treated with placebo after two weeks were randomly divided into two groups: the treaded group made the use of carvedilol (10-20mg,bid),control group with the aid of metoprolol (25-50mg) for two weeks. Results After treatment 8 weeks.The effective rate in treated group was 80.0% and control group 77.5% without difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Carvedilol is effective and safe for essential hypertension.
