| 摘 要： | 目的 研究辛伐他汀对人脐静脉内皮细胞的三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ABCA1)表达的影响。方法 体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞，并分别与0μmol/L、1μmol/L、10μmol/L的辛伐他汀温育24h。采用逆转录聚合酶链反应、流式细胞技术分别检测人脐静脉内皮细胞的ABCA1的mRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果 随着给药浓度的增加，人脐静脉内皮细胞的ABCA1表达逐步升高，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 辛伐他汀的调脂途径可能与其上调人脐静脉内皮细胞的ABCA1表达有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of simvastatin on the expression of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCAl) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs). Methods The HUVECs were cultured in vitro and incubated with simvastatin at different concentrations (0μmol/ L, 1μmol/ L, 10μmol/ L)for 24h,and ABCA1 expression levels were determined by RT-PCR and flow cytometry. Results Simvastatin increased ABCA1 expression in HUVEC in a concentration-dependent manner (P<0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin increases ABCA1 expression in HUVECs,which is related to its lipid lowering properties. |
