TP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌复发转移的临床研究

目的观察TP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）手术后局部复发或肺内转移的疗效及毒性反应。方法对37例NSCLC术后局部复发或肺内转移病例应用TP方案化疗，紫杉醇（PTX）160mg／m^2，第1天，顺铂（DDP）20mg／m^2，第1，2，3天。21d为一个周期。结果完全缓解（CR）4例，部分缓解（PR）20例，稳定（SD）9例，进展（PD）4例，总有效率（CR＋PR）64．8％。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制，恶心、呕吐，其次为静脉炎、周围神经炎。结论TP方案对治疗非小细胞肺癌术后局部复发或肺内转移的疗效满意。毒副反应可以耐受。

Clinical Study of TP Regimen for Intrapulmonary Metastasis or Local Recurrence in Patients with Non-SmaU Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of TP regimen in the treatment of postoperative intrapulmonary metastasis or local recurrence in patients with non small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ）. Methods TP regimen was performed in 37 postoperative intrapulmonary metastasis or local recurrence NSCLC patients. Paclitaxel 160 mg/m^2 on day 1, Cisplatin 20mg/m^2 on day 1,2 and 3 ;21 days was a cycle. Results Four of 37 cases achieved CR,20 PR,9 SD and 4 PD. The overall response rate was 64.8%. The main toxicities was myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting, and then was phlebitis and peripheral neuritis. Conclusion TP regimen for postoperative intrapulmonary metastasis or local recurrence in NSCLC patients was promise,the toxicities was mild and tolerable.
