摘    要:
目的:探讨重症患者医院感染的易感因素及感染部位的相关分析.方法:回顾性分析相关临床资料,比较医院感染组和非感染组在年龄、合并疾病、肺功能情况、住院时间、病房条件、季节、侵袭性操作、预防抗生素等方面的差异.结果:医院感染发生率为7.81%.感染部位为呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤软组织、胃肠道、手术切口、血液等.年龄大、住院时间长、合并其他疾病、肺功能差、侵袭性操作、重症病房、春夏季为易感染因素.而预防应用抗生素不能降低医院感染率.结论:呼吸病监护病房重症患者并发医院感染发生率较高,是多因素综合作用的结果,通过健全落实制度、进行健康教育、加强基础护理、完善病房管理措施预防和控制.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the hospital infection of critically ill patients the risk factor of infected site investigation and nursing countermeasures.Methods:Retrospective analysis method to investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection comprehensive judgment,comparison of the hospital infection and the infection in age,merger diseases,pulmonary function,length of hospital stay,ward conditions,season invasive operation,prevention,and the differences of the antibiotics.Results:The hospital infection rates was 7.81%.Infected place for respiratory tract,urinary tract,skin soft tissue,gastrointestinal,incision,blood,age,length of hospital stay long,merger other diseases,pulmonary function invasive operation,poor,severe ward,springsummer.And prevent antibiotics cannot reduce hospital infection rates.Conclusions:Rcu critically ill patients concurrent nosocomial infections is higher,it is the result of multi-factors comprehensive action,by improving the implement system,health education,strengthening basic nursing,perfect wards management measures to prevent and control.
