| 摘 要： | 目的:了解健康教育对崇明地区2型糖尿病患者生存质量的干预效果.方法:采用方便抽样方法,结合农村地区的特点,对127例2型糖尿病患者有针对性地实施健康教育,评价教育后患者生存质量改善状况.结果:健康教育6个月后,患者生存质量总体评分、生理维度、心理维度和治疗维度的指标均有明显改善(P＜0.05).结论:应更加重视文化水平低、经济条件差的农村患者的健康教育.

| Abstract: | Objective：Understand Influence of health education on the life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods：127 patients with type 2 diabetes were given health education,the patients were investigated with DSQL.Results：Accept health education after 6 months,quality of life overall score,physical dimension,psychological dimension,and the treatment of the dimensionality of the indices were obviously improved（P0.05）.Conclusion：We should reinforce the health education for patients with type 2 diabetes in Chongming area,and pay more attention on the special patients who are low education and poor rural patients. |
