| 摘 要： | 影响城市医疗服务中双向转诊运行困难因素有国家及卫生行政部门、城市综合医院、社区卫生服务机构、患者方面。解决的途径需要政府及卫生行政部门相关的配套政策,加大对社区卫生服务机构的投入,改善其服务质量和就医条件,使患者对社区卫生服务机构有新的认识。

| Abstract: | The factors of the impact of two-way treatment difficult in urban medical services include： National Department of Health Administration.General city hospital,Community health service agencies and the patients. The solution includes the relevant supporting policies of the government health administration depart- ment, increasing input for the community health service agencies; improving its service quality and medical con- ditions, make patients have a new understanding of the community health service agencies. |
