AO锁定接骨板治疗肱骨髁间骨折31例

摘    要:
目的探讨采用后路尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,双AO锁定接骨板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法2006年1月至2008年6月应用AO锁定接骨板治疗肱骨髁间骨折31例,按AO/ASIF分类:C1型7例,C2型18例,C3型6例。所有患者均采用后路经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,双AO锁定接骨板内固定。术后尽早行肘关节的主动功能锻炼。结果全部获得随访,随访时间为8~36个月,平均14.8个月,骨折均愈合。根据Cassebaum评分系统,优9例,良17例,可4例,差1例,优良率为83.9%。结论采用后路尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,双AO锁定接骨板治疗肱骨髁间骨折,疗效满意。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of AO locking plate on the humeral intercondylar fractures.Methods From January 2006 to June 2008,31 patients with humeral intercondylar fractures were treated.According to AO/ ASIF classification,there were 7 cases in C1,18 in C2 and 6 in C3.Posterior approach of elbow and trans-olecranon osteotomy were performed and internal fixation was applied with AO locking plate.The patients bagan the active training of elbow joint as soon as possible postoperatively.Results The 31 patients were followed up for 8 to 36 months and the average time was 14.8 months.Bone union was obtained in all cases.According to Cassebaum Score,the satisfactory rate of treatment was 83.9%(best in 9 cases,better in 17,good in 4,and bad in 1).Conclusion Through posterior approach of elbow and trans-olecranon osteotomy,application of AO locking plate is a good method for humeral intercondylar fracture.
