带蒂带状肌肌瓣在颈部食管胃吻合中的应用

自１９９４年６月至１９９５年１０月，我们应用转移带蒂带状肌肌瓣覆盖颈部食管胃吻合口７２例，颈部吻合口瘘的发生率为１．３８％（１／７２），取得了较满意的近期治疗效果。此方法有以下优点：①可预防颈部吻合口瘘；②增加局部血供，减轻局部感染；③悬吊吻合下方的胃壁于带状肌瓣上，可避免几种特殊型瘘的发生；④手术操作简单，肌瓣成活率高；⑤有一定的抗返流作用。

Clinical Application With Banding Muscle Valve in Neck Anastomosis after Resection of Esophageal

From June 1994. to October 1995.72cases transfed banding muscle valve were used for overled the neck anastomosis after radical surgery of esophageal cancer. The incidence of anastomasis leakage was 1.38%(1/72). A good recent curative effect was abtained. There were many advantages with this method.1. It could prevent the neck anastomotic leakage.2. It could increased blood supply.3. The stomach walls below anastomosis could be hung to prevent special anastomotic leakages.4. The operation was very simple.5. It had some function to countract gastric juice reflux.
