氯沙坦对慢性肾功能衰竭患者尿一氧化氮水平的影响

摘    要:
目的:探讨NO与慢性肾衰竭病理生理的关系及氯沙旦对NO的影响。方法:以分光光度比色法检测氯沙坦治疗前后尿NO水平。结果:慢性肾衰患者将NO水平显著降低,且与尿Na^+、尿量呈显著正相关,经氯沙坦治疗4周后尿NO水平显著升高。结论:尿NO变化与肾脏的功能状态有关,NO参与了慢性肾衰水钠平衡的调节,氯沙坦可改善慢性肾衰NO合成,对肾脏有保护作用。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate action of nitric oxide(NO) in pathogenesis of chronic renal failure(CRF) and effect of losartan on NO production.[WT5HZ]Methods:Urinary leve of NO(U NO )in 26 patients with CRF were determined by using spectrophotometry before and after treatment with losartan.Results:U NO in CRF patients were lower significantly than those in healthy controls( P <0 001).There was a positive correlation between U NO and 24-hour urine sodium( n =26, r =0.672, P <0 01) U NO at 4 weeks after treatment with losartan were higher significantly than those before treatment in CRF patients( P <0 05) [WT5HZ]Conclusion:The changes of U NO may be relative to renal function.NO may regulate excretion of water and sodium in CRF.Losartan can increase NO production and improve renal function in CRF. [WT5HZ]
