| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿肺炎时体内微量元素的变化。方法采用原子吸收光谱法对86例新生儿肺炎患儿和86例正常新生儿进行了全血锌、铁、钙、镁、铜等5种微量元素的对比观察。结果新生儿肺炎患儿全血中的锌、铁、钙、镁等4种微量元素均显著低于正常新生儿，而铜与正常组无显著差异。结论新生儿肺炎时血液中锌、铁、钙、镁等元素的代谢存在一定改变，应给予合理补充，以帮助治疗，

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of trace in body of neonate with pneumonia.Methods To adopt the method of atom ABSorption spectrum and contrastly compare the 5 trace of whole blood Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu of 86 cases neonate with pneumonia and 86 cases of normal neonate.Results The 4 kinds traces of whole blood Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg in neonate with pneumonia are all lower than that of normal neonate,while there is no obvious difference in trace of Cu.Conclusion There's a certain change in the metabolism of blood Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg in neonate pneumonia,so rational supplements should be done to help treatment. |
