| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲基强的松龙冲击治疗急性脊髓炎的疗效观察及护理措施。方法将38例急性脊髓炎患者平均分为治疗组和对照组,各19例,治疗组和对照组分别采用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗和地塞米松静脉注射治疗,观察2组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论甲基强的松龙是治疗急性脊髓炎的有效治疗方法,细致完善的护理措施可明显提高临床治疗效果、减少并发症的发生。 |
