| 摘 要： | 对９６０例孕妇作产前超声检查,并与分娩结果进行对照分析。认为超声较难确定脐带绕颈３周以上的绕颈圈数,而孕周的大小、超声检查距分娩时间的长短,胎儿的位置都可影响超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的准确性。并提出解决方法。

| Abstract: | The prenatal ultrasonic examinations have been performed on 960 cases of pregnant women, and the results were further identified during birth. We have the impression that the diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck by ultrasonic examination is not easy when the cord surrounded the neck more than three circles. Factors affecting he diagnostic accuracy of umbilical cord around neck include: the length of gestational time, the time from ultrasonic examintion to delivery and the position of fetus etc. Some methods were recommended to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis. |
