易忽视的产后出血原因分析及预防

目的 多方位了解因认识不足引起产后出血的原因，及时提供防范措施。方法 采用容积法和称重法计算产后出血量，并对每例产后出血患者进行原因追踪分析归类。结果 易忽视的产后出血原因有精神因素占6%，宫颈糜烂占6%。子宫下段收缩不良占14％，胎盘剥离后出血占8％。结论 充分认识引起产后出血的各种原因，使产后出血率尽可能降低到最低限度。

Analysis and prevention of neglectful postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To understand the causes of postpartum hemorrhage due to lack of recognition comprehensively and come up with preventive measures. Methods The postpartum hemorrhage was measured by volume measuring and weighing. The causes of postpartum hemorrhage were analyzed and categorized. Results The causes of neglectful postpartum hemorrhage consisted of mental factors(6%), cervical erosion(6%), poor contraction of lower uterine segment(14%) and hemorrhage after placental separation(8%). Conclusion All causes of neglectful postpartum hemorrhage needs full recognition so as to minimize the postpartum hemorrhage.
