小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶体植入手术的并发症及处理

目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶体植入术的临床效果及并发症的处理办法。方法对492例（544眼）小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶体植入手术中出现的并发症进行分析并提出处理办法。结果术后视力矫正均较术前提高；手术并发症：虹膜根部断裂1眼，虹膜脱出5例（5眼），后囊破裂玻璃体脱出12例（12眼），角膜内皮水肿4例（4眼），前房积血5例（5眼），虹膜嵌顿5例（5眼），瞳孔无张力3例（3眼），晶体后囊混浊12例（12眼），人工晶体偏中心4例（4眼）。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶体植入手术安全、有效，临床效果好，并发症的发生与术者的手术熟练程度和规范操作有关。

Complications and management of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation

Objective To observe the applicative and effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract ex- traction and intraocular lens implantation surgery and analyze the complications of surgery. Methods To analyze 492 cases of [ 544 eyes） small incision cataract extraction surgery. Results The complications of surgery included： iridodiastasis （one eye）, prolaps of iris （5 eyes）, posterior capsular rupture （ 12eyes）, asterior corneal edema （4eyes）, anterior cham- ber hemorrhage （5eyes）, incarcerated iris （ 5eyes）, the pupil tensio-free （3eyes）, posterior-capsular cataract （ 12eyes）, off-center lens 14eyes）. ConclusionThe small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens im- plantation surgery is safe and effective.
