Abstract: | Colonic diverticulitis is frequently complicated by bowel obstruction, abscess, perforation and fistula formation. We report a unique case of colonic diverticulitis complicated by colovenous fistulization with Gastrografin® enema examination demonstrating thrombus in the inferior mesenteric vein. |
