婴幼儿克雷伯杆菌肺炎的CT表现

【目的】探讨儿童克雷伯杆菌肺炎的CT表现。【方法】收集44例临床证实的克雷伯杆菌肺炎患儿的胸部X线片及CT片，结合临床资料分析其影像学表现特征。【结果144例克雷伯菌肺炎患儿中，30例（68．18％）显示结节状或小斑片状气腔实变影；17例（38．64％）可见磨玻璃样影；32例（72．72％）可见支气管血管束增粗；9例（20．45％）可见大片状实变影，内有支气管充气征；3例（6．82％）出现空洞。【结论】克雷伯菌肺炎的CT表现具有一定的特征性，而且CT能早期发现空洞形成，但确诊需实验室检查。

CT Findings of Children with Klebsiella Pneumonia

Objective]To explore the computerized tomography（CT） findings of children with Klebsiella Pneumonia. Methods] Forty-four patients with clinically proved Klebsiella Pneumonia were underwent chest X-ray, and 3 of them were also performed with CT examinations, and their imaging findings were analyzed to- gether with the clinical data. Results] Of all 44 cases of Klebsiella Pneumonia, nodular or patchy air-space consolidation were seen in 30（68.18 % ）, ground-glass opacities in 17 （38.64 %）, thickening of bronchovaseu- lar bundle in 32 （72.72%）, large area of consolidation in 9 （20.45%） and cavity in 3 （6.82%）. Conclusion] Klebsiella Pneumonia has some CT manifestations with pneumonia due to other causes. CT can early find cavity formation of lung, but the laboratory examination should be done for the final diagnosis.
