摘 要: | 目的:探索大学生应对考期应激的心理与行为策略并分析其有效性.方法:采用问卷测试的方法随机抽查了某重点大学在校本科生,对199份有效问卷进行主成分因子分析.结果:大学生最常采用的六项策略依次为"博得同情与幻想"、"获取亲友的情感支持"、"猎取考试的信息"、"消极逃避或放弃"、"借助团体力量与合理安排时间"和"认真学习与复习".其中,具有轻、中、重应激症状的三类受测者在策略一、二、四、五上的得分均存在显著差异.但是,除"借助团体力量与合理安排时间"外,其他策略对缓解大学生考期应激的效果并不明显.结论:加强群体沟通和注意积极休息可能对大学生应付考期应激具有更重要的意义.

Coping Strategies of College Students during Exam Period |

Abstract: | Objective:To explore coping strategies of college students during exam period. Methods:One hundred and ninety-nine subjects were randomly collected and surveyed with a self-developed questionnaire. The obtained data was analyzed with the principal component factor analysis.Results:It was found that begging sympathy or depending on fantasy, seeking support from relatives and friends, escape and abandon, teamwork and effective time management, and learning and review seriously were six common coping strategies. Students with different levels of stress reactions adopted different strategies. However, only the strategy of teamwork and effective time management was effect in stress coping.Conclusion: Teamwork and effective time management is a practical coping of students during exam period. |
