22例眼内容剜出的原因及病理学分析

目的分析眼内容剜出的病理学分类以进一步探讨眼内容剜出的原因。方法对本院2001年1月至2007年8月眼病理室存档的22例（22只眼）眼内容剜出病例进行临床分析及组织病理学分析。结果感染性眼内炎12例（54．55％），其中真菌性眼内炎7例；眼球萎缩7例（31．82％）；角巩膜葡萄肿2例（9．09％）；绝对期青光眼1例（4．55％）。结论感染性眼内炎尤其是真菌性眼内炎是眼内容剜出的首要原因，早期正确的诊治可避免眼内容剜出。

The reason and pathological analysis of 22 patients with ocular evisceration

Objective To analyze the pathological classification and the cause of ocular evisceration. Methods 22 cases (22 eyes) of ocular evisceration between January 2001 and August 2007 in Henan Eye Institute were reviewed retrospectively, the clinical data and pathological diagnosis were analyzed. Results 12 eyes(54.55%) of 22 eyes with infectious endophthalmitis were found, including 7 eyes with fungal endophthalmitis; 7 eyes with atrophy of eyeball, 2 eyes with corneascleral staphyloma and 1 eye with absolute glaucoma were also found.Conclusion The main cause of ocular evisceration is infectious endophthalmitis. Fungal keratitis is the frequent cause. Early diagnosis and correct treatment can help us avoid ocular evisceration.
