| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒血流图（ＣＤＦＩ）、多普勒能量图（ＣＤＰＩ）结合脉冲多普勒观测４８例（６８个病灶）盆腹腔器官肿块内血流情况。结果显示：ＣＤＰＩ肿块内血流显示率及显示质量优于ＣＤＦＩ；ＣＤＰＩ显示下取样脉冲多普勒频谱质量优良率及血流参数可信度也明显高于ＣＤＦＩ显示下取样。我们认为ＣＤＰＩ是一种更敏感的彩色血流显像技术，具有一定的实用价值，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | In order to compare color Doppler power imaging (CDPI) with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the detection of intratumor blood flow 68 abdomen and pelvis tumors in 48 patients were studied with CDFI,CDPI and pulsed wave Doppler.The results showed CDPI had higher intratumor blood flow rate,better Doppler flow velocity waveform and more confident blood flow parameter .Conclusion;CDPI is superior to CDFI in the detection of intratumor blood flow. |
