9例肠系膜囊肿临床分析

通过回顾性地分析我院１９７０～１９９５年间收治的９例均经手术和病理证实肠系膜囊肿病例。临床表现以腹痛和腹部包块为主，部分包块活动度较大。腹部Ｂ超和ＣＴ检查有利确诊。治疗应完整切除包块，预后良好。

9 Cases Mesenteric Cyst

Mesenteric cyst is rare in clinic practice. We analysed 9 cases of mesenteric cyst treated in our hospital from 1970 to 1995, all of which were confirmed by operation and histopathology. The commonnest manifestions were abdominal pain and/or abdominal mass. The feature of the mass in clinical presentation is a large mobily . Abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomography (CT)are useful for its diagnosis. The main treatment of mesenteric cyst includes complete excision once excised, most of them had a good prognosis .
