Abstract: | A 48-year-old man admitted with the complaint of a swollen left leg. Abdominal computed tomography demonstrated a tortuous left common iliac artery and a collapsed left common iliac vein. Contrast left iliac venogram revealed complete occlusion of the left common iliac vein. Abdominal aortography showed a tortuous left common iliac artery, which was thought to be compressing the left common iliac vein. |
