| 摘 要： | 残胃癌是良性胃的病变做大部胃切除术后的远期并发症。Billroth Ⅲ式术较Ⅰ式更易发生,应掌握胃部分切除术的适应症。残胃癌无特殊症状,早期诊断易忽视。作者认为如活检发现已有萎缩性胃炎伴上皮异常增生者,应在较短时间定期胃镜检查,以提高早期诊断率。 |

| Abstract: | Cancer in the gastric remnant is a distant-date complication which comes from gastrectomy for be- nign gastric lesions.Billroth-Ⅱ gastrectomy causes the cancer in the gastric remnant more frequently than Billroth-Ⅰ.It is very important to know the indications of gastreetomy.The cancer in the gastric remnant shows no special symptom,so it is often ignored in early stage.It is suggested that the pa- tient have to take gastroscopic examinations frequently in order to improve the early diagnostic rate. |
