婴幼儿行MR检查前的准备要领

目的探讨提前做好婴幼儿MR检查前准备工作的重要性。方法对125例婴幼儿在行MR检查前进行告知和准备，扫描前、中、后进行有效合理的护理。结幂经过合理有效的检查前准备，除了3例患儿因睡眠不稳导致扫描中止，余下122其他患儿的顺利完成检查并取得了良好的效果。结论有效合理的护理程序和措施，对一次性能完成婴幼儿MR的检查具有重要作用。

Preparation Essentials before Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Infants

Objective To explore the importance of preparations before MRI examination for infants. Methods 125 infants and their parents were informed and prepared before MRI examination. Effective and rational nursing was performed before, during and after the examination. Results 122 infants completed the examination successfully and achieved good effect besides that 3 infants were discontinued the examination because of the sleep instability. Conclusion Effective and rational preparation before MRI examination has important values for infants.
