| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药复方糖脉平对2型糖尿痛大鼠胰岛功能及组织形态学改变的作用,为临床用药提供依据.方法:用较小剂量的链脲佐菌素(STZ)及高热量食物造成2型糖尿病模型后,实验动物随机分成模型组、糖脉平组、二甲双胍组及中药玉泉丸组.3治疗组分别给予上述药物.1个月后观察胰岛素细胞的结构和功能变化.结果:3治疗组与模型组比,胰岛素(INS)表达明显增强(P＜0.01),且二甲双胍对胰岛素的细胞表达促进作用不及中药糖脉平(P＜0.05).结论:3治疗组对胰岛β细胞的分泌功能有一定的修复作用.糖脉平治疗2型糖尿病,通过促进损伤的β细胞修复而改善β细胞功能,从而调节胰岛素含量及血糖水平,达到治疗的目的.
