华蟾素胶囊对直肠癌放疗后气阴两虚证患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

目的]研究华蟾素胶囊对直肠癌放疗后气阴两虚证患者的疗效及其对免疫功能的影响。方法]选择2008年1月-2013年12月于我院就诊的合适直肠癌患者90例，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组接受放疗并对症进行常规治疗，研究组在接受放疗的同时加服华蟾素胶囊进行治疗，在治疗结束后观察两组患者气阴两虚症候的评分并与治疗前比较，另外通过监测治疗前后患者的IL-2、TNF-α水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况对患者的免疫功能作出评价。结果]完成治疗后，研究组在显效率和总有效率上均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），而在无效率上显著低于对照组（P〈O．05）；在IL-2、TNF-a水平变化方面两组患者较治疗前均有下降，研究组的两项指标下降均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；在T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞水平变化方面研究组患者的CD3^＋、CD4^＋分布以及CD4^＋／CD8^＋比值和NK细胞水平较治疗前均有显著升高（P〈0．05），而对照组的各项指标水平较治疗前变化不明显；两组间比较，研究组的CD4’／cD8’比值和NK细胞水平均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]华蟾素胶囊在治疗直肠癌放疗后引起的气阴两虚证方面效果显著，而且能够有效改善患者的免疫功能，值得在临床上推广使用。

Effect of Huachansu capsules on rectal with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome as cancer patients after radiotherapy well as their immune function

Objective]To observe the effect of Huachansu capsules on efficacy and immune function of rectal cancer patients after radiotherapy with the Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome. EMethods]Ninety cases of rectal cancer patients after radiotherapy were collected in our hospital between January, 2008 and Decem- ber, 2013. All cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. All patients were trea- ted with radiotherapy,while the treatment group were treated additionally with Huachansu capsules. The treatment courses lasted 1 month, and then the Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome scores were observed before and after radiotherapy. On the other hand, IL-2 and TNF-α and T lymphocyte subsets were measured in or- der to evaluate immune function of patients in both groups. Results] The Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome scores of both groups were increased after radiotherapy compared with pre-radiotherapy（P〈0. 05）. Com- pared with the control group,the Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome scores of treatment group after radiotherapy were increased obviously（P〈0.05）. The level of IL-2 and TNF-a in both groups were deceased after radio- therapy. Compared with the control group, the treatment group deceased lesser（P〈0. 05）. In the treat- ment group, T lymphocyte subsets CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ ,CD4＋/CD8^＋ , and NK cell level were significantly ele- vated,as compared with the baselines（P〈0. 05）. However, T lymphocyte subsets CD3＋ and CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ,and NK cell level of the control grouo did not differ significantlv_ Camnprod with the control group, the CD4^＋/CD8^＋ , and NK cell level of the treatment group were significantly higer（P〈0. 05）. Con-clusion]Huachansu capsules can improve Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome scores and immune function of rectal cancer patients during radiotherapy,and reduce the radiotherapy adverse effects.
