逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效观察

目的分析逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床应用价值。方法随机选取60例股骨远端骨折患者,按就诊时间平均分为A、B两组,A组患者给予动力髁螺钉治疗,B组患者给予逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 A组患者治疗优良率为70.00%,B组患者治疗优良率为83.33%,B组治疗效果优于A组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。且B组患者手术时间、术中出血及骨折愈合时间均低于A组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折,效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Clini cal Observation of Retrograde Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Distal Femoral Fractures

Objective To analyze clinical application value of retrograde intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal femoral fractures. Method 60 patients with distal femoral fractures were randomly selected as subjects. According to visiting time, they were divided equally into A, B groups. Patients in group A were treated by dynamic condylar screw, patients in group B were treated by retrograde intramedullary nail. Clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results Good rate of group A was 70.00%, good rate of group B was 83.33%. The curative effect of group B was better than group A, there was a statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）. And operative time, blood loss and fracture healing timeof group B were lower than in group A and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using retrograde intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal femoral fractures was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
