托管制医院人才培养战略目标与实践模式

摘    要:
人才培养作为医院发展的重要组成部分,对于实现医院战略发展,增强医院核心竞争力,推动医院可持续发展,具有不可估量的作用.近年来,我院将人才培养确立为医院战略发展的关键目标,就解决传统人才模式与医院发展不相适应的弊端,培养与医院发展战略相契合的新型人才提出全面构想,并进行了一系列有益探索,使人才队伍不断壮大,人才梯队日趋合理,促进了医院又快又好发展.
