肝阳上亢证中医文献研究

目的:探讨肝阳上亢证以及高血压病肝阳上亢证的辨治规律,启发肝阳上亢证和高血压病的治疗思路,为临床提供理论指导。方法:立足中医文献研究的基本方法,从中医古籍入手,对辨章学术,考镜源流,寻找其学术脉络和规律。结果:古代医家对本证的治疗以补益为主,而现代医家则以镇肝熄风为主,多种方法并存。结论:因虚致病仍然是肝阳上亢的主要病机,而在论治中,古人重视补益虚损,今人重视熄风清热。

The Literature Study of Ascendant Hyperactivity of Liver Yang

Abstract purpose discuss the rule of the treatment of Ascendant Hyperactivity of Liver Yang and hypertension,to seach the method for hypertension treatment.Method: Systematically review of past dynasties and modem bibliography and study the laws of prevention and treatment in each epoch from the history of the name,the causes and the mechanism of the disease,the formula and medicine of prevention and treatment. Result: acient doctors treat this syndrom mainly with reinforcement methodswhile modem doctors treat if mainy with compass the liver yang.Conclusion: Ascendant Hyperactivityof Liver Yang maily due to deficiency,but during the treatment,the acient pay attention toreinforcement while the modem pay attention to compass the wind and relive the heat.
