瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症患者的有效性与安全性的比较研究

目的比较及研究瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症患者的有效性及安全性。方法将200例老年高脂血症患者随机分成A、B两组,每组各100例。A组:给予瑞舒伐他汀,10 mg/d;B组:给予阿托伐他汀,10mg/d。分别在治疗前以及治疗8周后检测患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的水平。结果两组均能显著降低TC、LDL-C、TG水平,升高HDL-C水平(P0.05),A组比C组作用更强(P0.05),且两组安全性均好。结论瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对老年高脂血症患者均具有良好疗效,均能显著的降低血脂水平,瑞舒伐他汀作为临床最新上市的他汀类药物,比阿托伐他汀疗效更佳,两者的安全性无显著差异,均较为安全。

A comparative study on safety and efficacy of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in treatment of aged patients with hyperlipidemia

Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of msuvastatin and atorvastatin in treatment of aged patients with hyperlipi- demia. Methods A total of 200 aged patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups： A and B, each with 100 cases. Pa- tients in group A： were given with rosuvastatin, 10 mg/d; and patients in group B were administered with atorvastatin, 10 mg/d. Serum levels of total cholesterol （TC） , low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- c） , high- density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- e）, triglycerides （TG）, glu- tamic - pyruvic transaminase （ALT） and creatine phosphokinase （CK） were examined before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. Results Se- rum levels of TC, LDL - C and TG were significantly decreased in both 2 groups, serum level of HDL - C was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the effect of msuvastatin was stronger than that of atorvastatin （ P 〈 0.05 ）, both drugs had good safety. Conclusion Both msuvastatin and atorvasta- tin can effectively adjust the leval of lipids in aged patients. As a new drug of statins, the effect of rosuvastatin is more effective than that of atorvas- tatin, and both drugs have good safety.
