产前超声在前置胎盘并胎盘植入诊断中的应用

目的:分析前置胎盘并胎盘植入患者应用产前超声诊断的价值。方法:选取173例2017年10月~2018年12月在本院接受诊治的前置胎盘产妇,均应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行产前超声检查,与病理检查结果进行对比。结果:所选173例孕妇中共计32例孕妇经手术病理证实为前置胎盘并胎盘植入,产前彩色多普勒超声共计检出26例前置胎盘并胎盘植入产妇,其中,2例孕妇漏诊、1例孕妇误诊,经腹彩色多普勒超声前置胎盘并胎盘植入检查准确率为81.25%、特异性为80%、敏感度为92.59%,病理检查结果与超声检查结果检查准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前置胎盘并胎盘植入患者应用产前超声诊断准确率、特异性以及敏感度均较高,有助于临床医生及早发现患者病情并制定个体化和针对性治疗计划与方案。

Application of Prenatal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Placenta Previa and Placenta Implantation

Objective:To analyze the value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in patients with placenta previa and placenta implantation.Methods:173 patients with placenta previa who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected.All of them were subjected to prenatal ultrasound examination by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and compared with the results of pathological examination.Results:A total of 32 out of 173 pregnant women were confirmed to be placenta previa and placenta implantation by surgical pathology.A total of 26 cases of placenta previa and placenta implantation were detected by prenatal color Doppler ultrasound,of which 2 cases Misdiagnosis of pregnant women and misdiagnosis of 1 pregnant woman.The accuracy rate of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound for placenta previa and placenta implantation was 81.25%,specificity was 80%,and sensitivity was 92.59%.The difference in rates was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in placenta previa and placenta implantation patients are high,which is helpful for clinicians to detect the patient’s condition early and formulate individualized and targeted treatment plans and programs.
