外伤性脑血管闭塞的CT诊断

目的探讨CT对外伤性脑血管闭塞诊断的价值。方法对31例头颈外伤后,临床上表现有脑血栓症状者进行CT检查。结果外伤性脑血管闭塞好发于基底节区,呈腔隙性梗赛样低密度影。结论CT对外伤性脑血管闭塞具有准确的诊断性,对病变程度及预后的估计、指导临床治疗有肯定价值。

CT Diagnosis of Traumatic Cerebral Embolism

Objective To explore the valuc of CT diagnosis of traumatic cerebral embolism. Methods Thirty-one head-cervical traumatic cases have been made CT checks owing to their clinical manifestation of cerebral embolism . Results Traumatic cerebral cmbolism usually occurs in matrix segments, showing lacunae, embolic low density shadow . Conclusions CT checks can make an accurate diagnosis on traumatic cerebral embolism , which has positive significance on the degree of lesion, prognosis and clinical treatment .
