乳腺X线摄影对微小乳腺癌的诊断策略

研究如何更有效、更准确地通过乳腺X线摄影发现微小乳腺癌。我们了收集2000年8月至2007年7月经GE Senographe 2000D检查发现并手术病理证实的158例女性微小乳腺癌,观测并分析其形态学表现。结果显示微小乳腺癌大多不能为临床扪及,其X线表现分为直接征象和间接征象,微小乳癌直接征象中微小钙化占非常重要的地位;间接征象相对较少。微小乳腺癌需要一定的步骤才可能最终确定诊断,通过加强对乳腺X线摄影征象的认识及采用合理的诊断步骤,可以提高微小乳腺癌的检出。

The Diagnostic Strategy of Small Breast Cancer by Mammography

To investigate the effective and precise ways to diagnose small breast cancer by mammography. To retrospectively analyze the radiological manifestations of 158 pathologically-proven female small breast cancers examined by GE Senographe 2000D from August 2000 to July 2007. Most small breast cancers are nonpalpable clinically but can be detected by mammography. The radiological signs include direct and indirect signs. Among direct signs, microcalcification has a very important significance. Indirect signs are comparatively less common. It will take certain procedures to reach the final diagnosis of the small breast cancer. It is possible to improve detective rate of small breast cancer by close analysis of the mammographical manifestations and utility of diagnostic strategy.
