The discussion of key elements for the function of simulated ICU

In the past 10 years,the medical education depends more and more on the simulate technology,and analog simulation provides a secure practical opportunities for medical education.During the constructional process of medical analog centers,the analog ICU is deemed as the signifi-cant unit with the heaviest investment and the introduction of the most advanced facilities.With the establishment of domestic medical analog centers,more and more attention has been drawn to the con-struction,training and developmental element on ICU.Therefore we use some simulated ICU teaching mode and thoughts of European countries and America for reference,hoping to provide a standard for the construction and operation of ICU.
