发挥导师制在本科生中医传承中的作用

从西方导师制的发展、中医传承的特色,对导师制实行4年的工作进行了总结与探讨。目前中医高等院校的教育模式,基本是模仿现代医学的教育模式,本科生主要实行班主任或辅导员制。中医、西医学科性质不同,理应采取不同的教育模式,中医传统的师徒相授的教育模式,有值得借鉴之处。首都医科大学中医药学院中医专业本科生导师制的实施,融合了两者的优势,是对两种教育模式进行的有益尝试。
