| 摘 要： | 目的合成标题化合物,并进行工艺改进。方法由斑蝥素在碱性条件下水解制得。结果总收率为62．4％。所得产物经元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱及质谱等确证了结构。结论该合成工艺具有收率高、成本低、易于工业化生产等特点。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To synthesize the title compound and improve the process. METHODS Sodium cantharidinate was synthesized from cantharidin by hydrolysis with sodium hydrate. RESULTS The overall yeild was up to 62.4%. Chemical structure of product was confirmed by element analysis： UV, IR, ^1HNMR and EIMS. CONCLUSION The improved process is effective and easy for a scale production. |
