| 摘 要： | 目的 评估肝功能分级指标对断流手术预后的预测作用。方法 对断流术治疗的门静脉高血症缕发有这胃底静脉曲张大出血的病人回顾性分析。结果 病人４０例。术后发生与疾病本身有关的并发症１０例屯手术有关的开发症６例。死亡２例，比较肝功能分级指标与并发症，三种肝功能分级不同级别组间并发症率均未发现有显著差异。结论 由临床指标和肝功能检查组合成的肝功能分级，受到较多因素的影响，对肝功能分级评估的要点是要静的肝功能

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the predictive effect of classification of liver function in patients by Akoi's disconnective operation.Methods The data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 40 patients.After operation,morbidity associated with illness itself 10 patients,morbidity associated with operation 6 patients.2 patients died.Compare indications of calssification of liver function with morbidity,it isn't found statistic signification between different groups of three of classification of liver function.Conclusion Classification of liver function composed of clinical evaluation and liver function is effected by many factors.The key of evaluation of liver function is determined by dynamical analysis of classification |
