| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)对急性重度中毒的治疗价值.方法:在内科常规综合治疗基础上,治疗组33例采用HP HD治疗,对照组14例采用HD治疗,比较两组患者的昏迷时间、住院天数、治愈率及死亡率.结果:两组比较,HP HD治疗组昏迷时间明显缩短(P＜0.01),住院天数显著减少(P＜0.05),治愈率及死亡率均有明显差异(P＜0.05).结论:HP联合HD治疗急性重度中毒疗效显著,应作为血液净化治疗重度中毒的首选方式. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of combination of hemoperfusion(HP) with hemodialysis(HD) in the treatment of acute severe poisoning.Method: On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group applied HP+HD,the control group only applied HD.The duration of coma,days of staying in hospital,rate of recovery and death in the two groups were compared.Result: The results showed that the duration of coma(P<0.01),days of staying in hospital(P<0.05),rate of recovery(P<0.05) were significantly decreased,but the rate of death(P<0.05) was significantly increased in the treatment group than those in the control group.Conclusion: Combination of hemoperfusion with hemodialysis is obviously effective in the treatment of acute severe poisoning,and should be the first choice. |
