摘    要:目的:探讨球形多极针高温射频消融治疗肺部恶性肿瘤对生命体征的影响和安全性。方法:CT引导下采用双定位法经皮肺穿刺高温射频消融治疗肺部恶性肿瘤62例,包括原发性肺癌56例,转移性肺癌6例,并观察无创血压、脉搏和周围血氟饱和度的变化。结果:一次性定位率达93.5%,62例患者治疗中血压、脉搏和周围血氟饱和度无明显变化,术后并发症包括创伤性气胸10例,皮肤烧灼伤3例,高热并呼吸性碱中毒1例。结论:球形多极针高温射频消融治疗肺部肿瘤对生命体征无明显影响,严重并发症少,能扩大手术适应征,是一种较为安全的姑息治疗新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of globular shaped multi pole electrode radiofrequency hyperthermia ablation(RFA) guide by computerized tomography(CT) for the treatment of lung tumor Methods: 56 patients with primary lung cancer and 6 metastases lung cancer were treated with percutaneous radiofrequency hyperthermia by the using of computer tomogrophy guided The changes of the blood pressure, pulse rate and oxygen saturation were monitored during the procedure Results: There were no perioperative mortality, no changes in the blood pressure, pulse rate and oxygen saturation in all 62 patients pre and post treatment The complications were minimal, including traumatic pneumothorax happened in 10 cases, 3 cases with skin ambustion; 1 with Hyperpyrexia and respiratory alkalosis Conclusion: Globular shaped multi pole electrode radiofrequency hyperthermia ablation(RFA) was a relatively new safe palliative treatment, and was associated with minimal perioperative morbidity and no mortality, low complication rate It offers a new alternative for treatment of lung tumor
