| 摘 要： | 目的 :测定宁夏、内蒙、河北、山东 4地枸杞子药材中Zn、Cu、Mn、Pb、As 5种微量元素含量 ,为药材质量评价提供依据。方法 :湿法消化 ,用原子吸收分光光度计测定。结果 :河北、山东产枸杞子有益金属Zn、Cu、Mn及有害金属Pb、As含量均略高于宁夏、内蒙 ,但无显著差异。宁夏枸杞子中Zn/Cu较其它产地略高

| Abstract: | Objective:This paper determines the contents of the five trace elements(Zn?Cu?Mn?Pb?As) of the drug Frutus Lycii from Ningxia,Neimeng,Hebei and Shandongin in order to provide the proof for the evalution of the quality of the drug.Methods:Digestion of waterish method and using the atomic absorbing spectrophotometer to determine the contents.Result:The contents of the beneficial metals (Zn?Cu?Mn) and the harmful metals(Pb?As) of Fructus Lycii from Hebei and Shandong are both higher than those form Ningxia and Neimeng.but the difference is not distinct. |
