海绵窦内海绵状血管瘤

目的本文对海绵窦内海绵状血管瘤的临床表现、影像学特征、肿瘤起源和治疗作一探讨.方法对我院1981年8月以来治疗的10例海绵窦内海绵状血管瘤进行回顾性分析.结果 10例病人均行手术,其中4例行肿瘤切开取检时因大出血终止手术,1例仅行肿瘤栓塞治疗,2例肿瘤部分切除,3例肿瘤完全切除.无手术死亡.结论根据手术中所见可对肿瘤能否切除作出判断.实质性成分较多的肿瘤可通过显微手术完全切除.

Cavernous hemangiomas in cavernous sinus

Objective The purpose of this paper is to analyze the clinical presentations, the features of the neuro iconography and the operative treatment of these tumors. Methods The cavernous hemangiomas located within the cavernous sinus are rare lesions associated with unacceptable surgical morbidity rates. It is very difficult to remove these tumors completely. 10 patients with the intrasinus cavernous hemangiomas operated on since 1981.5 in our hopital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 10 patients were operated on with no mortality. The tumor biopsies are performed in 4 patients with profuse bleeding intraoperatively, tumor embolization in one case using N butylcyanoacrylate(NBCA), tumors partial removal in 2 and tumors total removal in 3. Conclusion It can be estimated intraoperatively whether the tumors could be removed or not according to the operative findings. It appears that the more solid compound the tumors contains, the easier the tumors can be removed.
