| 摘 要： | 目的了解飞行员腰背痛的现况及危险因素。方法采用问卷式调查140名飞行员腰背痛的流行情况。结果飞行员腰背痛的现患率为23.1%,并随年龄增长呈上升趋势。相关危险因素有:年龄,飞行时间,飞行机种,腰伤史和心理因素。结论腰背痛已成为影响飞行员健康的一个不容忽视的公共卫生问题,应及时开展该病的预防研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevalence and associated risk factors of back pain in pilots.Methods An epidemiological investigation was performed in 140 pilots by using a back pain questionnaire made by the authors.Results The prevalence rate of back pain was 23.1% in the 140 pilots.And the incidence rate increased along with pilots' aging.The associated risk factors of back pain consisted of age,flying hours,flying model,history of back injury,and abnormal psychological behavious.Conclusion Back pain in pilots has been a serious public heath problem.More attention should be paid to it and prevention research must be strengthened. |
