高血压合并糖尿病临床治疗分析

目的探讨高血压合并糖尿病临床治疗措施。方法 56例高血压合并糖尿病患者,用降血压和降血糖药治疗两个疗程,每个疗程1周。降血糖药是双胍类、磺脲类、糖苷酶抑制剂以及胰岛素类,降血压药是钙离子拮抗剂类、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂以及利尿药,在用药过程中,降血糖药和降血压药根据患者情况单独选用一种或联合用药。结果 56例患者经过治疗后,对于高血压的有效率是91.07%,对于高血糖的有效率是92.86%,高血压病和糖尿病差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后有不良反应如药物性皮疹、头痛、腹痛等症状,症状轻微,不良反应发生率占30.36%(17/56)。结论针对患者的病情,选择适合的降血糖和降血压药并酌情选择单用或联合使用,能够有效的控制患者血糖和血压并减少不良反应。

Analysis of clinical treatment of hypertension and diabetes

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical treatment of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Methods56 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus,with antihypertensive and hypoglycemic drug treatment of two courses,each course of treatment was 2 weeks. Hypoglycemic drugs is biguanides,sulfonylureas,glycosidase inhibitors and insulin,blood pressure drugs were calcium antagonists,beta blockers,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,angiotensin receptor blockers and diuretics,in use process,blood glucose and blood pressure drugs used alone a or in combination according to the conditions of patients. Results56 patients after treatment,the effective rate of hypertension was 91.07%,the effective rate of high blood sugar is 92.86%,hypertension and diabetes,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）;drug adverse reactions such as drug rash,headache,abdominal pain and other symptoms,the symptom is slight,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 30.36%（17/56）. Conclusion？According to the patient,select the appropriate lowering blood glucose and blood pressure drugs and appropriate choice of single or in combination to use,can effectively control blood glucose and blood pressure and reduce adverse reaction.
