哌罗匹隆与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者社会功能的对照研究

目的比较哌罗匹隆与利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者社会功能的改善状况。方法本次研究所选取的患者均为2010年1月～2012年8月于江西省赣州市第三人民医院进行治疗的患者,90例患者随机入组,哌罗匹隆组（n=45）采用哌罗匹隆进行治疗,利培酮组（n=45）采用利培酮进行治疗。用阳性症状和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、不良反应量表（TESS）、社会功能缺陷量表（SDSS）进行治疗前后评定。结果哌罗匹隆组治疗前后PANSS总分为（71.4±11.0）分和（34.8±3.0）分,利培酮组治疗前后PANSS分为（70.8±12.0）分和（35.6±7.0）分;治疗前后对两组的SDSS总分和各因子分进行比较,两组治疗前后对比减分率差异均较大,治疗前对比无明显差异,治疗后在在职业工作、社会退缩、兴趣关心、责任计划等方面哌罗匹隆组与利培酮组对比相对较低;哌罗匹隆治疗效果优于利培酮组。两组以上各项对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论哌罗匹隆、利培酮都能显著改善患者的社会功能,但哌罗匹隆在职业工作、社会退缩、兴趣关心、责任计划等方面优于利培酮。

Comparative study of Perospirone and Risperidone in treatment of social function of patients with first-episode schizophrenia

Objective To compare the improvement effect of Perospirone and Risperidone on the social function of patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Ninety patients treated in Ganzhou Third People＇s Hospital from January 2010 to August 2012 were selected and divided into the Perospirone group and the Risperidone group,with 45 patients in each group.The Perospirone group received Perospirone treatment and the Risperidone group received resperidone treatment.The positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS）,treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）,social disability screening schedule（SDSS） were used for evaluation before and after treatment.Results The PANSS total scores before and after treatment of the Perospirone group were（71.4 ±11.0） scores and（34.8±3.0） scores respectively and those of the Risperidone group were（70.8 ±12.0） scores and（35.6±7.0） scores respectively.The two groups were largely different in the decrease of the SDSS total score and each factor score between before and after treatment,but were not obviously different in the SDSS total score and each factor score before treatment;the Perospirone group was lower than the Risperidone group in the professional work,social retreat,interest concern and responsibility plan after treatment.The Perospirone group was superior to the Risperidone group in the therapeutic effect.The two groups were significantly different in the above items with signifant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusion Both Perospirone and Risperidone can remarkably improve the patient＇s social function,but Perospirone was superior to Risperidone in the professional work,social retreat,interest concern and responsibility plan.
