面部激素依赖性皮炎中药外治研究概况

随着激素逐渐走进化妆品市场,外用激素的滥用愈发明显,进而引起激素依赖性皮炎的发病率逐年升高,而西医的治疗方法又较为单一、疗效一般。为寻找更有效的药物及治疗方法,本文从中药外治的角度出发,从中国知网数据库和万方数据库中,检索近15年来有关面部激素依赖性皮炎的中药外治文献,按照不同的外治方法进行分类整理,进而归纳、统计出使用频数较高的中药及有效率较高的外治方法。结果共检索到69篇文献,其中使用频数较高的中药有黄柏、黄芩、甘草、苦参,平均有效率较高的使用方法是单味中药外用,为93.3%,可见中药在面部激素依赖性皮炎的外治方面有一定的优势。

Review of external treatment by traditional Chinese medicine for corticosteroid dependent dermatitis on face

With corticosteroid gradually into cosmetics market,the abuse of topical corticosteroid is increasingly obvi ous,which causes the incidence of corticosteroid dependent dermatitis to be increased year by year,but the treatment of western medicine is relatively single and has the general curative effect,so this article is from the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine point of view to searching for more effective treatment and method,retrieves traditional Chinese medicine acting on facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis from the CNKI and Wanfang database,with 1996 to 2012 as the retrieval time limit,then classifies related literature according to the different external treatment methods,and summarizes traditional Chinese medicine of the higher employment frequency and the more effective method.As a result,69 literatures are retrieved,Cortex Phellodendri,Scutellaria baicalensis,liquorice,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis has the higher employment frequency,and external treatment by single Chinese herb has the highest av erage effective rate of 93.3%.So,external treatment by traditional Chinese medicine for facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis has a certain advantage.
