双腔球囊联合透明质酸钠预防中重度宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连

目的探讨双腔球囊联合透明质酸钠对中重度宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的预防效果。方法选择2010年1月～2012年12月广东省佛山市禅城区中心医院行宫腔粘连分离术的患者30例为实验组,另将同期行宫腔粘连分离术的患者32例为对照组,两组患者均行宫腔镜粘连分离术,对照组术后给予宫内上环进行再粘连预防,实验组给予双腔球囊联合透明质酸钠进行再粘连预防,在术后3个月时检查两组患者的宫腔恢复情况和月经恢复情况。结果术后3个月实验组子宫宫腔形态正常率和月经恢复正常率（90.00%、86.67%）均高于对照组（65.63%、62.50%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组总有效率（62.50%）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.7218,P〈0.05）。结论双腔球囊联合透明质酸钠对中重度宫腔粘连分离术后再粘连的预防效果良好,治愈率高于单纯使用节育环,值得临床推广使用。

Preventionofdouble-laparoscopesacculuscombinedwithSodiumHyaluronate in adhesion again after moderately severe of intrauterine adhesion separation surgery

Objective To discusse the effect of double-laparoscope sacculus combined with Sodium Hyaluronate＇s prevention on adhesion again after moderately severe of intrauterine adhesion separation surgery.Methods 30 patients with intrauterine adhesion separation surgery from January 2010 to December 2012 in Central Hospital of Chancheng District in Foshan City were selected as experimental group,30 cases with intrauterine adhesion separation surgery in the same term were chosen as control group.All the patients were treated with intrauterine adhesion separation surgery,patients in control group were treated with intrauterine ring to prevent adhesion again,patients in experimental group were treated with double-laparoscope sacculus combined with Sodium Hyaluronate;uterine recovery and menstruation recovery 3 months after the operation in the two groups were examined.Results Normal rate of uterine cavity form and normal rate of menses recovery（90.00%,86.67%） in experimental group 3 months after the operation were all higher than those in control group（65.63%,62.50%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Overall effective rate in experimental group was 86.67%,it was higher than that in control group（62.50%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2 = 4.7218,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Double-laparoscope sacculus combined with Sodium Hyaluronate has good prevention effect on adhesion again after moderately severe of intrauterine adhesion separation surgery,its cure rate is higher than the intrauterine device alone,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
