| Abstract: | To establish an employment guiding system in nursing colleges is both the necessary trend of high educational system reform and inherent demands of nursing development. Work ensuring system, occupation guidance system, market information system, management service system and feedback regulation system should be established based on the demands for whole range and total staffs employment guidance. |
