头部备皮方法的研究现状

从备皮方法、皮肤消毒剂、备皮器具、备皮时间及备皮范围等方面对国内外术前备皮的现状进行了综述。目前术前备皮一般应用碘伏或PGA消毒皮肤,推广一次性刀具推毛备皮,备皮时间尽可能在术前2h内进行,在不妨碍手术操作的前提下尽量保留术野周围的毛发。

Investigation on the present status of research on the skin preparation in head area

The present status of pre-operative skin preparation in domestic and overseas was summarized from the aspects of method, skin disinfectant, tool, time and range of skin preparation. At present, the iodophor or PGA was used to disinfect the skin for the pre-operative skin preparation. And the one-off cutting tool was extended to complete the hair removal and skin preparation. The time of skin preparation as the whole way should be conducted within 2 hours before the operation. The hair around the operated field should be reserved at the precondition of not obstacling the operation in the greatest extent.
