| 摘 要： | 目的 总结肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤(adrenal myelolipoma, AML)的 CT表现特点,探讨其诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的AML的影像学和病理学特点.结果 15例AML中,肿块多呈圆形或类圆形,边界清楚.含有脂肪组织为主的肿块8例;混杂密度的肿块4例;不含或含少许脂肪组织的肿块3例;其中4例有钙化灶.CT 增强扫描肿瘤组织、分隔和包膜轻度强化,脂肪组织无强化为特征性表现.结论 结合临床表现,CT可对肾上腺髓质脂肪瘤明确诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the imaging features of adrenal myelolipoma (AML) and evaluate the diagnostic value of computer tomography (CT) in AML. Methods The imaging and pathologic features of AML that was proved surgically were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 15 cases of AML, the masses of 8 cases were round or oval and mainly of fatty tissues; CT showed a mixed density mass of soft tissues in 4 cases and none or a little fatty tissues in 3 cases, calcification in 4 cases. On enhanced CT imaging, the soft tissue, septation and peplos of the lesions presented slight enhancement, but no enhancement in fatty tissues. Conclusion Correct diagnosis of AML can be made by CT scan in combination with clinical manifestation. |
