安徽省创建无烟医疗卫生机构活动效果评估

目的通过项目干预,项目医疗卫生机构创建成无烟医疗卫生机构,为创建无烟医疗卫生机构活动提供示范指导。方法在创建无烟医疗卫生机构开始以及后期,在5个市15家医疗卫生机构各进行一次机构工作人员问卷调查,并依据卫生部《无烟医疗卫生机构标准(试行)》进行评估。结果各单位都依据无烟医疗卫生机构标准开展了创建活动。工作人员吸烟危害知识知晓率由基线的63.4%提高至效果时的73.8%,吸烟与疾病相关性知识知晓知晓率由70.5%提高至77.2%,被动吸烟与疾病相关性知识的知晓率由76.6%提高至83.1%,差异均有显著意义;吸烟率由15.3%下降到12.0%,差异有显著意义。结论创建无烟医疗卫生机构取得一定成效,机构达到《无烟医疗卫生机构标准》。

Effect Evaluation on Project of Creating a smoke-free medical and health institutions in Anhui Province

Objective Through the project implementation,we shalll find a demonstration of non-smoking medical and health institutions in Anhui Province.Methods Staff of 15 medical and health institutions from 5 city were investigated and assessed at the beginning and end of the project according to the standards of smoke-free medical and health institutions issued by Ministry of Health.Results Every institution developed many activities according to the standards of smoke-free medical and health institutions issued by Ministry of Health.The understanding rate for knowing the initiative and passive smoking of health workers in those staffs were increased from 63.4% to 73.8%.The rate of smoking related to disease knowledge were increased from 70.5% to 77.2%.The rate of passive smoking related to disease knowledge were increased from 76.6% to 83.1%.Conclusion The medical and health institutions creating non-smoking units had achieved obvious effects.They all achieved the standards.
